The Vision
A Different Approach
Guided by
the Landscape
The master plan for La Reserva is shaped by the natural features that define the property.
The Pacific Ocean, the lagoon, the river, and the surrounding ecosystems create a framework that guides how the community grows. The result is a community that feels inseparable from its surroundings, paving the way forward for sustainable coastal development in Mexico.
Architecture
with
Purpose
La Reserva has brought together a team of internationally recognized architects and designers whose work reflects a deep respect for nature.
The vision for the community is guided by the architectural expertise of Manuel Cervantes and Macías Peredo, alongside landscape architect Hugo Sánchez. Together, they share a commitment to creating spaces that feel timeless, authentic, and connected to the environment around them.
Twenty
Homesites,
One Shared
Vision
La Reserva is intentionally limited to just twenty homesites.
This scale allows the community to remain intimate while preserving the qualities that make El Tecuán special—a unique model of low density development in Mexico. It also reflects a commitment to thoughtful growth, ensuring that future generations will experience the same sense of beauty, tranquility, and connection that exists today.
Thinking in Generations
The true measure of La Reserva’s success will not be found in what is built, but in what endures.
The vision is to create a place where families return year after year, where traditions take root, and where meaningful relationships with the land continue to grow over time.
By balancing preservation, thoughtful design, and a shared respect for nature, La Reserva seeks to ensure that the spirit of El Tecuán remains intact for generations to come.
