About
La Reserva

Shaped by
Land and Water

Few places along Mexico’s Pacific coast possess the natural richness of El Tecuán.

Here, the Pacific Ocean meets a network of lagoons, waterways, mangroves, and coastal forests that have shaped the landscape for generations. Water is present in every direction, defining the rhythms of daily life and creating an environment where nature remains deeply connected to the experience of being here.

This unique convergence of ecosystems is what first drew people to El Tecuán and continues to define its character today.

A Place with a Story

Long before La Reserva was envisioned, El Tecuán was a place where family and friends gathered to spend time outdoors and connect with the natural world.

Days were spent on the water. Afternoons unfolded between the lagoon and the sea. Traditions formed naturally, shaped by a landscape that encouraged exploration, adventure, and togetherness. La Reserva was born from that vision.

The
Community

La Reserva is intentionally limited to just twenty homesites, creating an intimate community immersed in one of Costalegre’s most remarkable natural settings.

Each homesite has been carefully positioned to celebrate the surrounding landscape while preserving the character, privacy, and tranquility that define El Tecuán–an approach that reflects a thoughtful vision for sustainable real estate in Mexico.

Looking Ahead

As La Reserva continues to take shape, its purpose remains unchanged: to create a place where people can establish lasting roots, enjoy life outdoors, and remain connected to the landscape that inspired it all.
