At La Reserva, architecture begins with the site. Before a single line is drawn, the team studies the dunes, the palms, the lagoon and the way light moves across them through the day.
The vision for the community is guided by the architectural expertise of Manuel Cervantes and Macías Peredo, alongside landscape architect Hugo Sánchez. Rather than imposing a singular style, their work sets a framework where each home responds to its own corner of El Tecuán.
Materials are chosen for how they age by the sea. Terraces open to the breeze, shade is part of the plan from the start, and gardens are planted with the species that already belong here.
The result is a small collection of homes that feel as if they have always been part of the coast: quiet, generous and deeply connected to the landscape that surrounds them.
